Hoje presenciei uma ação simples e eficaz no Twitter e gostaria de compartilhar a quem interessar possa. Quem ainda não conhece, a Camiseteria é a maior loja de camisetas do Brasil. Designers criam estampas, enviam para o site, as estampas são votadas e as melhores avaliadas se tornam camisetas de verdade e são vendidas pelo site. O designer vencedor ganha uma grana como prêmio e de quebra a Camiseteria coloca à venda uma estampa já pré-aprovada pelos seus clientes. Um excelente modelo de negócios. Mas não é apenas isso.
Hoje o @Anderssauro, um “problogger” que possui cerca de 58.000 seguidores, comentou em seu twitter que estava comprando 5 camisetas mas que achou o preço “salgado”.
Poucos minutos depois, o perfil de SAC do Camiseteria no Twitter respondeu isto:
Notem que a conversa aconteceu quase as 20hs e o perfil de SAC da loja estava de prontidão para atender os clientes.
Anderssauro pouco depois sugeriu que a loja desse algum desconto ou criasse uma promoção entre seus leitores e seguidores.
Mais alguns minutos e a Camiseteria dá o fatality da ação:
Amigos, eis aqui uma ação criada de forma espontânea, simples e eficaz. Além de satisfazer seu cliente com um desconto, a Camiseteria extendeu o benefício aos 58.000 seguidores do Anderssauro. Não sei qual foi o resultado final da ação, mas pelo que se viu de RTs e conversa no Twitter, com certeza devem ter vendido uma quantia bem significativa.
Eles poderiam simplesmente ter oferecido um desconto de 20% para o Anderssauro. Venderiam as 5 camisetas e ele ficaria feliz. Oferecendo os 20% de desconto para 58 mil pessoas, eles venderam infinitamente mais e consequentemente tiveram um lucro muito maior 
Não sou especialisa em xoxo media e nem nada, apenas presenciei o fato e fiquei com vontade de compartilhar.
